What’s the one thing you want the customer to walk away knowing? In this case, it was a friendly hello from a bunny introducing the brand new Wayfair, the first home furnishings website to offer "A zillion things home" — yes, including something for every taste — and no judging.

Assignment: Build the brand and inspire the desire to shop by creating seasonal promotions that were full of good ideas, having fun, down-to-earth, trusted with credible taste, positively passionate, and "makes me want to smile".

The website’s homepage design and the promotions it advertised changed often. The need for effective, clarifying, inspiring and Wayfair-branded copy and concepts was a constant.

Wayfair’s corporate culture is especially transparent. All the facts and figures of the business are available to any employee at any time. Every time there was an opportunity to express what was unique about working at Wayfair, we made the most of it.
