HR Referral Program Campaign:

An irreverent attitude and talk of money, money, money took a bull’s-eye aim at our young target audience’s primary concern: Paying off their student loans, loans, loans.

Two new posters every week brought attention to a referral program that had slept unnoticed on the company intranet. This campaign boosted employee participation by more than 300%.
